Baga Beach once used to be a very quite fishing village, but today it happens to be one of the most crowded and frequented beach in Goa. All along the coast baga is lined with beach umbrellas and beach beds with foreign tourists sun bathing. It is also famous for water sports. Baga Beach is part of a 30-km stretch of beach coastline along the west coast of Goa by the Arabian Sea, 10-km west of Mapusa, is basically an extension of Calangute beach. The beach begins at Fort Aguada continues as Sinquerim beach, then as Candolim Beach and merges into Calangute beach and then to Baga beach and then Anjuna Beach and then to Vagator Beach finally ending at Chapora Beach and Fort. Aswem Beach also serves as football arena for sports enthusiast. This beach is famous for its beach shack and some good accomodation in the form of little resorts. It is also bit unconventional for being rock beach. Goa, India.
